PP packaging and PE irrigation quotation support
Use the current product catalogue to start a specification discussion. PP sheets, packaging boxes and layer pads serve different handling and packing needs from PE irrigation pipes, drip products and water supply pipes. A material name alone does not establish load capacity, pressure rating, chemical suitability or outdoor service life.
1. Define the product and application
For packaging, share the item being protected, material preference, sheet or box dimensions, thickness, weight, handling conditions and reuse plans. For irrigation or water supply, share the pipe diameter, wall or SDR requirement, required pressure, layout, water conditions and installation environment. Emitter spacing and flow rate apply to drip products rather than plain water supply pipe.
2. Review specifications and sample requirements
Ask for the information applicable to the selected product: drawing, material grade, dimension tolerance, test conditions and relevant reports. Define the sample checks and acceptance conditions in writing. A specification on one model should not be treated as a guarantee for every product in the catalogue.
3. Confirm printing, packing and order scope
Share artwork or printing needs, colour, marking, packing arrangement and destination. Confirm feasible options, minimum quantity, sample availability, production schedule and packing details for the actual item and order. Availability and customization require confirmation in the quotation.
4. Request a written quotation
Send the product link or drawing, required quantity and destination market. The quotation should identify the specification, included work, unit of sale, packing, delivery basis and any information still awaiting confirmation. Compare quotations on the same scope.
