Evidence before selection
- Confirm panel grade, thickness, mass per area and dimensional tolerances against the drawing.
- Request component-specific impact, attachment and temperature checks under the intended conditions.
- Confirm flammability, interior emissions and other requirements with the vehicle project owner; a generic sheet report is insufficient.
Prepare a technical inquiry
Send the drawing, mounting method, operating conditions, required reports and sample quantity. Any weight comparison must name the baseline component and measured sample. Review material options and request sample and specification review.
