Match the actual line
Send bottle geometry, pallet dimensions, layer pattern, stack load, line clearances and edge-sealing requirements. A nominal sheet size alone does not confirm compatibility with a palletizer or depalletizer.
Agree sample and cleaning checks
- Trial flatness, edge finish and positioning with the bottles and handling equipment.
- Specify wash pressure, chemicals, temperature and drying process before confirming a material grade.
- Inspect surface cleanliness, wear and dimensional changes after an agreed trial.
- Request finished-article food-contact evidence when required for the intended use.
