Review the complete panel assembly
Send the drawing, support span, fasteners, panel thickness, mass per area and proposed skin or laminate. Adhesives, finishes and edge details belong in the sample approval, not only the core sheet.
Evidence before selection
- Compare the measured mass of equivalent finished components against a named baseline.
- Confirm the applicable vehicle and interior requirements with the project owner.
- Request reports for the specified grade, laminate and assembly when fire or other safety properties are required.
- Agree sample fit, vibration, cleaning and dimensional acceptance checks.
