Specify the panel assembly
Record thickness, mass per area, supported span, skin finish, edge treatment and attachment method. For printing, identify the ink process, treatment date, adhesion acceptance and storage conditions. Review moisture, sunlight and operating temperatures for the actual use.
Evidence to request
- Dimensions and material grade of the test sample.
- Load test method, support arrangement and acceptance criterion.
- Fire or other special performance reports when required by the project.
- Print adhesion or finishing samples before bulk production.
