Application reference: returnable boxes and sorting totes can support a warehouse loop when the handling method and return process are defined. The usable number of cycles must be tested for the actual box and operation; this page does not claim a verified customer installation.
Specify the handling loop
Document payload, stacking, conveyor clearances, label positions, closures, manual lifting and whether boxes return folded or assembled. Include cleaning and repair responsibilities in the operating plan.
Agree a sample trial
- Check filled-box dimensions and stability under the planned stack load.
- Run the sample through conveyors or sorting equipment.
- Record damage, cleaning results and closure wear over the agreed trial.
- Define replacement criteria and reverse-logistics cost assumptions.
Review sheet specification and send tote dimensions, payload and equipment clearances for a quotation review.
